Responsibilities: Provide skilled nursing care in patients’ homes, including pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations. Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians. Monitor patient health, vital signs, and overall progress. Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans. Educate patients and families on disease management, health maintenance, and care techniques. Respond to medical situations and emergencies with professionalism and urgency. Maintain accurate documentation in electronic medical records (EMR). Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills. Requirements: Current California RN or LVN license in good standing. Experience in home health, hospice, or in-home care preferred. Experience caring for pediatric, adult, or geriatric populations. Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
