*Job Summary* We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to provide exceptional support and assistance to individuals in various care settings. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for those you serve by delivering personalized care, ensuring safety, and fostering independence. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors, individuals with disabilities, or those recovering from illness, while working in a dynamic and supportive environment. *Duties* * Assist residents or clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support * Provide companionship and emotional support to promote mental well-being and reduce feelings of isolation * Support residents with dementia or Alzheimer's disease through specialized memory care techniques * Maintain cleanliness of living spaces by performing light cleaning duties and ensuring a safe environment * Use assistive devices such as Hoyer lifts to safely transfer individuals with mobility challenges * Document care activities meticulously, including patient observations, medication administration, and progress notes *Qualifications* * Certification in First Aid and CPR * Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, dementia, or memory care needs is DESIRABLE * Ability to perform and operate assistive devices effectively * Skills to interact empathetically with residents, families, and team members * Demonstrated understanding of patient care standards * Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed Join our team if you are passionate about providing compassionate care that truly makes a difference!
