*Overview* We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in various settings, including primary care, occupational health, memory care, and urgent care. As an LVN, you will play a vital role in patient assessment, treatment, and support, ensuring the well-being of our patients while adhering to best practices in nursing. *Duties* * Conduct thorough patient assessments and document findings accurately. * Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers. * Utilize aseptic techniques to maintain a sterile environment during procedures. * Assist in various healthcare settings, including medical-surgical units, operating rooms (OR), and neonatal ventilator care. * Provide compassionate care to patients in memory care and pediatric intensive care units (PICU). * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans. * Educate patients and their families on health management and wellness strategies. * Monitor patient progress and report any changes in condition to the supervising nurse or physician. *Qualifications* * Valid Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in the state of practice. * Experience or training in primary care, occupational health, memory care, urgent care, or medical-surgical nursing is preferred. * Proficient in patient assessment techniques and documentation practices. * Familiarity with aseptic techniques and infection control protocols. * Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments such as OR or PICU settings. * Strong communication skills and a commitment to providing exceptional patient-centered care. * Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team while demonstrating professionalism and empathy.
