Responsibilities: * Respond promptly and kindly to residents’ needs, ensuring their dignity and safety. * Assist with daily living activities including hygiene, meals, and transportation. * Perform safety checks, offer medication reminders, and encourage participation in activities. * Chart and document resident information, reporting any changes promptly. * Respond to resident alerts and emergencies as needed. * Ensure resident safety and comfort during drills and daily activities. * Display professionalism, positivity, and teamwork. * Daily housekeeping, cleaning, laundry, cooking and serving of meals. * Maintain a friendly and tactful demeanor with residents, families, and guests. Requirements: * Min 1 Year of Professional Caregiving Experience * Current certification in CPR. * Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. * Must attend mandatory in-services and work weekends and holidays. * Over the age of 18 * High School diploma or equivalent * Background clearances as required by government regulations. * Must be able to read, write and speak English. * Able to pass a background check and drug screen. Full Time/Part Time/On Call 7am to 3 pm and 11pm to 7 am shifts require a minimum of one weekend day.
