*About Pro Angels Inc Hospice:* At Pro Angels Inc Hospice, we are dedicated to providing compassionate end-of-life care that honors the dignity, comfort, and wishes of each patient and their family. Our team of healthcare professionals works together to support patients with empathy, respect, and clinical excellence. *Position Summary:* We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate *Registered Nurse (RN)* to join our hospice team. The ideal candidate will provide skilled nursing care and coordinate the patient’s care in collaboration with the hospice interdisciplinary team. *Responsibilities:* * Provide direct nursing care to hospice patients in their homes, assisted living, or care facilities. * Assess physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients and families. * Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team. * Administer medications, treatments, and symptom management. * Educate patients and families on disease progression, comfort measures, and end-of-life care. * Coordinate with physicians, social workers, chaplains, and other team members to ensure holistic care. * Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with hospice policies and regulations. * Participate in on-call rotation and respond to urgent patient needs as scheduled. * Ensure strict adherence to *HIPAA guidelines and patient confidentiality*. * Must be willingly to do patient admissions as needed. * Must have HOPE education and knowledge. *Qualifications:* * Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California. * Current CPR certification. * Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation. * Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (hospice or palliative care preferred). * Excellent communication and emotional support skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Compassionate, dependable, and emotionally resilient in end-of-life care settings. *What We Offer:* * Flexible work schedule (Per Diem) * Supportive, compassionate team culture * Ongoing training and continuing education * Mileage reimbursement (After 20 miles) \*\*Please note that this is a *Per Visit* position, meaning you will be paid for the time spent during each patient visit. This is not a traditional shift-based role. Your schedule will vary depending on patient needs, and you will be compensated for each visit you make to the patient's home or care facility. _In addition, you will be compensated for attending __*in-service meetings*_ _and training sessions._ _*Pay starting at $70 per visit. *_ Pay: From $70.00 per hour Benefits: * Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
