LVR Aftercare is a boutique, licensed recovery home specializing in post-operative care for plastic and cosmetic surgery patients. We provide a high-touch, luxury experience focused on safety, comfort, and personalized support during a very vulnerable time in our patients’ recovery. We are currently seeking a compassionate and reliable *Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)* to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a calm, patient-focused environment and is available to work *flexible shifts, including weekends and overnight care*. *Key Responsibilities:* * Assist patients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, mobility, etc.) * Monitor and record vital signs * Support post-operative patients with comfort, positioning, and basic care needs * Ensure a clean, safe, and organized environment * Communicate effectively with nurses and team members to ensure continuity of care *What We’re Looking For:* * Active CNA certification (California) * Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in a healthcare setting * Experience with post-surgical or recovery care is a plus * Strong bedside manner with a calm, attentive presence * Dependable, flexible, and able to work overnight and weekend shifts * Team-oriented with strong communication skills *Why LVR Aftercare:* * Small patient load (max 4 patients) allowing for more personalized care * Supportive team environment with experienced nursing staff * Opportunity to work closely with top surgeons and recovery protocols * Competitive pay with growth opportunities If you’re someone who genuinely cares about patient experience and takes pride in providing thoughtful, attentive care, we’d love to connect with you.
