The PACE Recovery is seeking to hire full time CNAs to join our organization. We are looking for medical support at our residential facilities in Huntington Beach. Shifts: *7:00am-7:00pm* and *7:00pm- 7:00am* (Sunday through Monday). Duties: * Documentation regarding the client’s presentation, mood and symptoms * Provide clients support, compassion, and medication education * Communicate observations * Complete medication documentation and destruction forms * Observe and document clients self-administer medication * Complete medication count between shifts * Check client health status and vitals according to orders Qualifications and Requirements: * Must maintain current CPR and First Aid Certification * TB testing required before hire * Experience in addiction, and/or mental health preferred * Valid driver’s license and personal car insurance * Must be able to pass a live scan/background check * Must meet eligibility for insurability by company vehicle fleet policy * Must be physically and mentally able to assist in an emergency situation * Punctuality and dependability * Proficiency in verbal and written communication in English * Computer literacy and proficiency in typing is required * Understanding and/or training in cultural diversity issues with clients * Should be detailed oriented with the ability to timely and efficient * Ability to lift at least 20lbs About us: PACE is a provider of addiction/mental health treatment services in Orange County. Our various facility is licensed by the DHCS to provide residential treatment services We are looking for compassionate, experienced nurses to join our long standing team.
