*Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Full Time* *Location:* Reseda, CA *Company:* Ingomar Congregate Living Health Facility *Job Summary* Ingomar Congregate Living Health Facility is seeking a compassionate and dependable *Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)* to join our care team. Our facility provides 24-hour skilled nursing care in a home-like environment for residents with complex and long-term medical needs. The CNA will provide direct personal care, assist residents with daily living activities, and support the nursing staff in maintaining the highest standard of care and comfort. *Key Duties & Responsibilities* * Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding. * Provide mobility support such as transfers, ambulation, and positioning. * Take and record vital signs, weight, and intake/output as directed. * Observe and promptly report changes in residents’ conditions to LVNs or RNs. * Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents. * Adhere to infection control practices and facility safety protocols. * Support residents with compassion, dignity, and respect. * Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the care team. * Document care provided in accordance with facility policies. *Qualifications* * Active *California CNA certification* in good standing. * Current CPR and First Aid certification * Prior experience in long-term care, congregate living, or skilled nursing preferred. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. * Compassionate, patient-centered approach to resident care. * Ability to work collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary team. *Schedule & Employment Type* * Full-time position * Shifts: Nights (12 hours shift, flexibility preferred) *Compensation & Benefits* * Competitive hourly pay (DOE) * Supportive, team-oriented work environment *How to Apply* If you are a CNA who is passionate about providing compassionate care in a supportive residential healthcare setting, we encourage you to apply today!
