RN/LVN/LPT Job Category: RN/LVN/LPT Job Type: Full Time Part Time Job Location: 1758 N Big Dalton Ave Baldwin Park CA 91706 We are looking for Registered Nurses(Associate/Bachelor’s Degree), Licensed Vocational Nurses and Licensed Psychiatric Technicians to become a part of Golden State Care Center’s compassionate care-giving team. The RN/LVN/LPT utilizes the nursing process while following the facility policies and procedures to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate client care. We are searching for dedicated, compassionate and energetic individuals. Responsibilities: Perform nursing care consistent with facility’s policies and procedure. Implement interventions based on the client’s care plan and doctor’s order. Assist with admitting, discharging and transferring clients. Assist other staff as necessary to ensure the provision of quality nursing care. Adhere to professional standards and follow facility policies and procedures. Maintain regular attendance as an essential job function.
