In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring their comfort and well-being. You will work closely with patients and their families to develop personalized care plans that address their unique health needs. *Duties* * Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status and needs. * Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team. * Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. * Monitor patients for changes in condition and respond appropriately. * Provide education to patients and families regarding health management and disease prevention. * Assist with acute pain management, ensuring patient comfort during recovery. * Perform procedures such as spinal taps, triage assessments, and emergency interventions when necessary. * Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities and progress. *Skills* To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following skills: * Proficient in acute pain management techniques. * Strong understanding of anatomy related to nursing practices. * Ability to perform triage effectively under pressure. * MUST HAVE HOME HEALTH EXPERIENCE We are looking for a Registered Nurse who is committed to providing exceptional home health care while demonstrating professionalism, empathy, and clinical expertise.
