Clinic Director (LVN/RN Required) Location: Agoura Hills / Calabasas, CA (On-Site) Compensation: $80,000 – $100,000 + growth opportunity Reports to: Director of Operations Type: Full-Time, Exempt ⸻ About Squlpt Squlpt Body Shaping is redefining modern body contouring. This is not a traditional clinic environment. ⸻ The Role This is a hands-on leadership role. You are responsible for running the clinic day-to-day — including staff performance, patient experience, and operational execution. You must also be clinically capable. You will step in when needed (including IV placement), but your primary role is ownership of the clinic, not working as a full-time floor nurse. ⸻ What Success Looks Like * Clinic runs on time with minimal delays * Patients feel confident, supported, and well-informed * Staff are organized, accountable, and performing consistently * Issues are handled immediately without escalation delays * Patient communication is fast and complete * Clinic is clean, controlled, and fully prepared at all times * No gaps in staffing disrupt patient care ⸻ Key Responsibilities Clinic Operations * Oversee and control daily patient flow and scheduling * Lead daily huddles and ensure full team alignment * Ensure all patients are properly prepared and supported Team Leadership * Manage clinical and administrative staff * Hold team members accountable to performance standards * Address attendance, performance, and behavior issues directly * Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training Patient Experience * Ensure a high-quality, consistent patient experience * Oversee all communication, follow-ups, and issue resolution * Step in personally when needed to maintain patient confidence Operational Discipline * Ensure charting and documentation are completed accurately * Maintain inventory, supplies, and equipment readiness * Identify inefficiencies and correct them quickly Clinical Coverage (Required) * Step in to support clinical operations when needed * Perform IV placement and basic clinical duties if staff are short * Maintain competency in core nursing skills * Assist with patient care, procedures, and recovery as required ⸻ Who This Role Is For * You take ownership and do not wait for direction * You are decisive and solve problems quickly * You hold people accountable without avoiding difficult conversations * You are detail-oriented and highly organized * You are comfortable stepping into both leadership and clinical roles * You perform well in fast-paced, high-expectation environments ⸻ Qualifications * Active LVN or RN license (required) * BLS certification * 5+ years of clinical experience * 2+ years in a leadership or management role * Strong organizational and communication skills * Ability to manage both operations and patient care ⸻ Work Environment * Fast-paced clinical setting * High standards for execution and patient experience * Occasional evenings or weekends may be required ⸻ Benefits * Health care stipend * Paid time off * Paid holidays * Retirement plan * Paid training * Free parking ⸻ How to Apply Submit your resume.
