If you are looking for a company that will treat you like family, then Acacia is for you. www.acaciahealth.net Responsibilities: Oncall hospice visits after hours with an opportunity for daytime visits Provide accurate and timely documentation Assess and provide patient and family/caregiver education Perform other duties as assigned by the registered nurse Other visit as needed based on your availability including routine and PRN, visits, discharges, Deaths, CC, etc. Qualifications: Demonstrated compassion and commitment to patientcentered care Active LVN license in the state of California Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation Minimum 1 year of hospice experience; strong understanding of hospice philosophy and endoflife care Prior experience in nursing or related medical fields Experience as an oncall LVN runner preferred Job Types: Part-time, Per diem, PRN Schedule: Afterhours coverage on weekdays, weekends, and holidays Nonbusiness hours availability required Service Coverage: Orange County and bordering LA County cities Compensation: $31.00 - $34.00 per hour.
