*Job Summary* We’re seeking a professional, compassionate, and highly motivated *Lactation Consultant (IBCLC)* to support families through in-clinic, phone, and virtual visits. This is a flexible, part-time opportunity with *training and mentoring included*—ideal for those looking to grow in both clinical and community settings. *Responsibilities* * Provide breastfeeding education and support * Assess maternal and infant feeding needs * Develop individualized care plans * Collaborate with healthcare providers * Document visits for patient care plans and insurance submission *Qualifications* * *IBCLC certification required* * RN preferred * Postpartum / Mother-Baby experience preferred * NICU & LDR experience also considered * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to provide empathetic, culturally sensitive care * Newly certified IBCLC and working RN’s with their IBCLC encouraged to apply *What We Offer* * $50/hour * Flexible schedule * Hybrid work (in-clinic, phone, virtual) * Ongoing training and mentorship *Location* * Clinic in Tustin, Orange County Pay: From $50.00 per hour Benefits: * Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
