Pay Starting at $18/hour Immediate pay option* Hiring Bonus 401K matching Caregiver Referral Program Flexible, regularly available hours Work close to your home Mileage reimbursement (in-visit travel and between same-day visits) Continuing training opportunities Caregiver Requirements Pass a Live Scan fingerprint background check Registered with the CA Department of Social Services (CDSS) Home Care Aide Registry Have a current negative tuberculosis (TB) test Provide proof of COVID 19 Vaccination Record Have 2 years of agency experience and provide professional references Proof of Car Insurance Driver’s License & licensed for more than 9yrs Ability to lift, push or pull 25 pounds Ability to bend, twist, stoop, kneel and reach Complete mandatory onboarding training courses upon being hired Age requirement - 18+ The Role of Our Caregivers Our talented Caregivers provide experienced assistance with personal care, domestic services, and companionship.
