All roles are paid positions, reflecting our commitment to valuing your skills and dedication. *Responsibilities* * Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support * Monitor patient health by checking vital signs and observing for any changes in condition * Administer medication and follow care plans accurately and responsibly * Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and preferences * Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment through regular cleaning and organization * Support patients with memory care needs such as Alzheimer's or dementia by implementing specialized techniques * Document patient progress, update care plans, and communicate effectively with healthcare teams * Use assistive devices like Hoyer lifts or other mobility aids to ensure safe transfers and prevent injury * Provide emotional support, companionship, and social engagement to promote mental well-being * Follow HIPAA regulations to protect patient privacy and confidentiality at all times *Requirements* * Prior experience working with individuals with disabilities, developmental disabilities, autism, or in assisted living environments is highly preferred * Knowledge of first aid, CPR certification, and basic nursing skills such as vital signs monitoring and medication administration * Experience with home health care, hospice care, or long-term care settings is advantageous * Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and operate mobility equipment like Hoyer lifts or wheelchairs * Strong observational skills for patient monitoring and recognizing changes in condition or behavior * Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and families effectively * Compassionate attitude with a genuine desire to improve the lives of others * Must adhere to all safety protocols including HIPAA regulations and infection control procedures Join us as a Caregiver if you are passionate about providing compassionate care that truly makes a difference.
