Job Description

*Supported Living Services (SLS) Care Provider* We are seeking dedicated and dependable Care Providers to support adults with developmental disabilities in their homes and in the community. This role focuses on promoting independence, safety, and quality of life while providing individualized support based on each client’s unique needs. *Responsibilities include:* * Assisting with daily living activities (cooking, cleaning, laundry, organizing, etc.) * Providing personal care support as needed (bathing, dressing, hygiene) * Assisting with mobility, transfers, and safe equipment use * Supporting clients with community outings, appointments, errands, and social activities * Encouraging skill-building in areas such as money management, communication, self-advocacy, and household tasks * Documenting progress, changes, concerns, and daily notes as required * Following all safety protocols, emergency procedures, and care plans * Maintaining professional and respectful interactions with clients and families *Requirements:* * Must be at least 18 years old * Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation * Ability to pass a background check and required training * Compassionate, patient, reliable, and able to work independently * Comfortable with lifting, assisting with mobility, and performing physical tasks * Good communication and problem-solving skills *What We Offer:* * Flexible schedules (part-time or full-time) * Supportive team and growth opportunities If you’re passionate about helping others live independently and thrive, we invite you to apply and make a meaningful impact every day.
