Position Summary We are seeking a dependable and caring Caregiver / Resident Assistant to join our team. Positions are available for live-in caregivers with private accommodations and hourly caregivers for day and evening shifts. The ideal candidate will provide personal care and daily living assistance while maintaining compliance with Community Care Licensing (CCL) and Title 22 regulations. This role offers growth opportunities for individuals interested in building a long-term career in senior care, including a potential path toward Lead Caregiver or RCFE Administrator positions. Responsibilities  Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and transfers.  Provide meal assistance, hydration, and medication reminders.  Engage residents in conversation, companionship, and daily activities.  Maintain cleanliness, organization, and infection control standards.  Record daily care logs, observations, and incident reports accurately.  Communicate any changes in condition promptly to the Administrator.  Perform light housekeeping and laundry duties. Qualifications  Must be 18 years or older.  Minimum 6 months – 1 year of caregiving experience (RCFE, assisted living, or home- care setting preferred).  Live Scan fingerprint clearance and criminal background check required.  Current TB test and health screening.  CPR and First Aid certification required.  Medication training preferred.  Compassionate, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
