Whether assisting with daily activities or offering companionship, you will make a meaningful difference every day by delivering dedicated support tailored to each client’s unique needs. *<Duties>* * Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support to foster independence and dignity * Provide medication reminders and ensure adherence to prescribed treatment plans in a safe and supportive manner * Prepare nutritious meals and assist with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and comfortable environment * Offer companionship and emotional support to reduce loneliness and promote mental well-being * Monitor clients’ health status, report changes or concerns promptly to healthcare professionals or family members * Assist with mobility and transfers using proper techniques to prevent falls and injuries * Support clients in engaging with community activities or hobbies to encourage active participation and socialization *<Requirements>* * Currently, the only availability is a *live-in,* Full time and part time positions. * Prior experience in home care or related caregiving roles is preferred but not required; we value compassionate individuals eager to learn * Strong understanding of client safety protocols and emergency procedures, including Level II trauma center experience or hospital medicine background is a plus * Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams in a clear, respectful manner * Certification in CPR and First Aid is advantageous; ongoing training opportunities are available for skill development * Demonstrated ability to handle diverse situations with patience, empathy, and professionalism Join us in making a positive impact through dedicated in-home care!
