*Job Summary* We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to provide exceptional support and assistance to individuals in various care settings. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for those you serve by delivering personalized care, ensuring safety, and fostering independence. If you are energetic, attentive, and committed to compassionate care, we want to hear from you! *Duties* * Assist residents or clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting to promote comfort and dignity * Monitor patients’ health by observing vital signs, reporting changes, and maintaining detailed care records in compliance with HIPAA regulations * Support medication administration following prescribed schedules and safety protocols * Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with feeding when necessary * Perform light housekeeping duties including cleaning living spaces, laundry, and maintaining a safe environment * Utilize specialized equipment such as Hoyer lifts or wheelchairs to assist with mobility and prevent injury during transfers * Engage residents in social activities or companionship to promote mental well-being and reduce feelings of isolation *Skills* * Proven experience in home health, assisted living, nursing homes, or group home settings with a focus on senior or disability care * Knowledge of patient observation techniques and ability to recognize signs of dementia, Alzheimer's disease, autism spectrum disorder, or other developmental disabilities * Certification in CPR and First Aid required; additional certifications such as HIPAA compliance preferred * Familiarity with medication administration procedures and care plans development * Strong ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with healthcare teams and family members * Physical stamina for heavy lifting and long shifts; ability to assist with patient transfers safely * Excellent communication skills for documenting care activities accurately and providing compassionate support Join our team and be part of a rewarding environment where your dedication helps improve lives every day.
