Location: Santa Monica, CA Pay: $18–$20/hour (based on experience) Schedule: Part-time (hours to be discussed; Flexible hours) We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and experienced female Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support a 24-year-old male client located in Santa Monica who currently attends Santa Monica College. Requirements: * Previous DSP or relevant caregiving experience required * Patient, dependable, and supportive personality * Strong organizational and communication skills * Ability to assist with academic and daily living tasks * Must be comfortable encouraging physical activity and engagement * Reliable transportation REQUIRED Responsibilities: * Assist with homework and academic support * Help with class scheduling and organization * Support and encourage exercise routines * Provide assistance with daily living skills * Plan and participate in occasional weekend activities This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys mentoring, supporting independence, and making a meaningful impact.
