As a *brand new agency*, we are intentionally building a founding team that reflects these standards from day one. *Position Summary* We are seeking experienced, polished, and dependable *Founding Caregivers* to join our team. This role is best suited for individuals who take pride in their work, carry themselves with professionalism, and understand the importance of providing care in a refined, private home environment. You will play a key role in delivering an elevated care experience while helping establish the tone and expectations of our agency. *Key Responsibilities* * Provide assistance with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing) with professionalism and respect * Prepare meals and maintain a clean, organized, and comfortable living space * Offer thoughtful companionship and attentive support * Assist with mobility while prioritizing safety and discretion * Provide medication reminders as directed * Observe and report any changes in client condition * Maintain clear, professional communication with families and care coordinators *Compensation & Schedule* * *$21–$23 per hour*, based on experience and presentation * Flexible scheduling options: * 6-hour shifts * 8-hour shifts * 12-hour shifts (*overtime in accordance with California law*) * Opportunities for consistent, long-term placements *Minimum Qualifications* * Minimum of *2 years of professional caregiving experience* * Demonstrated experience providing personal care and daily living support * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor * Ability to work independently with reliability and discretion * Eligible to work in the United States (valid Social Security Number) * Ability to pass a background check * High school diploma or equivalent * Active *Home Care Aide (HCA) Registration – California* * Current *CPR / First Aid Certification* *Preferred Qualifications* * Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation * Experience working in private homes or high-standard environments *What Sets This Opportunity Apart* * Join a *boutique, brand new agency as part of the founding team* * Work in thoughtfully matched, high-quality client environments * Be part of a culture that values *professionalism, discretion, and respect* * Opportunity for long-term growth as the agency expands *Application Process* We are currently conducting interviews and onboarding a select number of caregivers.
