*Job Overview* *Compassionate Caregiver for Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE)* Are you a compassionate and dependable individual with a passion for helping others? We are currently seeking a dedicated _Caregiver_ to join our team and provide quality care and support to our residents in a warm, home-like environment located in Anaheim,CA. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by offering personal care, companionship, and support in their daily activities. This position is ideal for those who have a passion for helping others and want to make a meaningful difference in their lives. *Key Responsibilities:* * Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. * Provide emotional support and companionship. * Support residents with mobility and transfers to ensure their safety and comfort. And light housekeeping tasks. * Administer medications and monitor residents’ health as prescribed. * Maintain a clean, safe, and nurturing environment. *Qualifications:* * Minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience (professional). * Home Health Aide (HHA) certification preferred. * CPR/First Aid certification preferred (willing to train the right candidate). * Ability to lift heavy weight and assist residents with mobility as needed. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; must be patient, empathetic, and reliable. * Must pass a background check. * Reliable transportation to and from the facility. * Proficient cooking skills to prepare healthy meals tailored to client preferences. * Excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients and their families. *Position Details:* * Part-time position available. * Competitive pay, commensurate with experience.
