We are committed to fostering a positive work environment that values your skills and compassion, offering opportunities for growth and fulfillment. *Duties and Responsibilities: * * Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support to promote independence and safety. * Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and preferences. * Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients’ mental well-being. * Administer medication reminders and monitor health status, reporting any concerns to healthcare professionals promptly. * Perform light housekeeping tasks including laundry, cleaning, and organizing to maintain a safe and comfortable environment. * Support clients with transportation to appointments, errands, or social activities as needed. * Follow care plans meticulously while maintaining detailed documentation of services provided. *Qualifications* · Must have at least 1 year experience minimum. · Valid Florida driver's license. · CNA or HHA Certification required · Reliable Transportation · Willingness to travel to clients within our service area. · Must be able to pass background checks. · Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed for client support. · Willingness to work flexible hours based on client needs.
