*About us* _We are a privately owned Home Care Agency that has been in operation for over 30 years. _ _We are also __one of the 5 preferred agencies of Cedars Sinai Medical Center__, specializing in one on one care for seniors in their homes._ _Our corporate office is located in Sherman Oaks and we service Los Angeles, San Fernando / Santa Clarita Valleys, and Ventura County. _ Responsibilities: - Provide assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. - Assist with meal preparation and feeding. - Administer medication according to prescribed schedules. - Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry, sweeping, and tidying up. - Accompany clients to appointments and outings. - Engage in conversation and provide companionship to clients. - Monitor and report any changes in client's condition or behavior to the appropriate supervisor. Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent. - Previous experience as a caregiver preferred. - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. - Ability to pass a background check screening. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Compassionate and patient demeanor. - Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
