Whether assisting seniors, individuals with disabilities, or those recovering from illness, you’ll be a trusted companion dedicated to enhancing quality of life through dedicated caregiving. *Duties* * Assist residents or clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support * Monitor patients’ health by taking vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature; observe and report any changes in condition * Administer medication accurately following care plans and HIPAA privacy regulations * Prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary needs and assist with meal consumption when necessary * Support patients with mobility using equipment like Hoyer lifts or transfer belts; ensure safety during transfers and movement * Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light cleaning duties and adhering to infection control protocols * Document patient observations, care provided, and any incidents clearly and thoroughly in compliance with healthcare standards *Experience* * Prior experience working in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or home & community care settings preferred * Knowledge of dementia care, Alzheimer’s care, memory care, hospice care, and working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism is highly desirable * Certified in CPR and First Aid; experience with patient monitoring and vital signs measurement is essential * Familiarity with care plans, medication administration, HIPAA regulations, and patient documentation practices * Ability to perform heavy lifting safely when required; experience with Hoyer lifts or other transfer equipment is a plus * Demonstrated compassion for seniors or individuals with disabilities; strong communication skills for working effectively within a team or social work environment Join us to provide heartfelt caregiving that truly transforms lives!
