This position requires a strong commitment to patient care, respect for resident rights, and the ability to work collaboratively with families and healthcare professionals. *Responsibilities* * Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. * Monitor patient health and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals. * Implement care plans tailored to each client's needs, ensuring adherence to established protocols. * Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment. * Maintain cleanliness and organization in the client's living space to promote a safe and healthy environment. * Uphold resident rights by respecting privacy, dignity, and individuality at all times. * Collaborate with other caregivers and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care for clients. * Document care provided and any significant changes in the client's condition as required. *Qualifications* * Previous experience in social work, assisted living, or direct support roles is preferred but not mandatory. * Knowledge of patient monitoring techniques and familiarity with care plans is advantageous. * Strong understanding of senior care practices and resident rights. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and their families. * Compassionate attitude towards providing care for individuals in need. * Ability to perform cleaning tasks as part of maintaining a safe living environment for clients. * Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours based on client needs.
