That's why we invest in your growth, support your success, and make sure this feels like a career destination — not just another job. *WHAT YOU'LL DO* * Execute personalized client care plans and document daily activities * Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming * Provide household assistance such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and home safety monitoring * Support clients with personal care including hygiene, mobility assistance, medication reminders, and companionship * Build meaningful, trusting relationships with clients and their families * Represent Home Matters Caregiving with professionalism and compassion in every interaction *WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR* * Must be at least 21 years of age (some exceptions may apply) * Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience with the senior population * Registered California Home Care Aide (HCA) or willingness to register prior to start * Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain — we can help) * Sufficient communication skills to effectively perform duties; bilingual English/Spanish a strong plus * Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation preferred * Ability to lift 50 lbs. using safe, ergonomic movements * Ability to stand, walk, reach, crouch, and perform hands-on care tasks throughout a shift * Physically and mentally able to operate a vehicle safely *COMPENSATION & BENEFITS* * *Pay: $19* depending on experience and care complexity * *Weekly Pay* — get paid every week, no waiting * *Pay Cards* available for fast, flexible access to your earnings * *Holiday Pay* * *Performance Pay Raises* — your growth is recognized and rewarded * *Referral Bonus* — earn extra when you refer caregivers or clients * *Mileage Reimbursement* for work-related travel between clients * *Flexible Scheduling* — days, evenings, nights, and weekends available; we work around your life * *Paid Training & Ongoing Education* — we invest in your professional development * *Advancement Opportunities* — a clear path to Lead Caregiver and beyond *WHY HOME MATTERS ON THE ORANGE COAST?* Coastal Orange County is a beautiful place to build a caregiving career — and we're just getting started here.
