Job Summary We are looking for a compassionate, dependable In-Home Caregiver to provide high-quality, non-medical care to clients in the comfort of their own homes. Our caregivers play a vital role in promoting independence, dignity, safety, and overall well-being. Responsibilities * Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting * Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed * Provide medication reminders according to care plans * Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to ensure safety * Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities * Monitor and report changes in clients’ condition to supervisors or family members * Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe home environment * Follow individualized care plans and collaborate with families and healthcare professionals Qualifications * Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred * Knowledge of senior care and client safety practices * Experience in hospital, clinic, sub-acute, or post-acute settings is a plus * Strong communication skills with a compassionate, patient-centered approach * Ability to work independently and follow care plans * Willingness to travel within our service areas: *La Habra, Fullerton, Brea, Anaheim, Villa Park, Santa Ana, Yorba Linda, Placentia, and surrounding Orange County areas* * *Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) candidates preferred* Why Join Us? * Supportive and friendly team environment * Flexible scheduling * Meaningful work that makes a real difference If you’re ready to make a positive impact in the lives of others, apply today and join our growing team of dedicated caregivers!
