In Home Caregiver Bilingual (Korean & English)

Job Description

We are expanding in the LA area and are looking for compassionate and dependable bilingual (Korean/English) caregivers to provide *companionship-level care* to individuals with Autism and other developmental disabilities. As we grow in this area, caregivers will be given top priority for new referrals and client assignments. Our respite caregivers support families by offering rest and relief to parents and guardians from the daily care of their loved ones. The care provided is non-skilled, non-medical, and tailored to each individual’s needs. *Responsibilities:* * Provide companionship and emotional support to clients * Assist individuals in their daily routines * Supervise and engage with clients through activities such as reading, board games, puzzles, drawing, or homework support * Encourage participation in stimulating and enjoyable routines * Support with light tasks such as meal prep, hygiene, or mobility as needed * Ensure safety and overall well-being of clients at all times *Scheduling:* Current care needs consist of Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 4:50 PM to 6:20 PM. As we continue to expand in the area, additional client opportunities with varying schedules may become available. Caregivers also have the ability to control their client base and workload, allowing flexibility in accepting assignments that best fit their availability and preferences. Opportunities to increase hours will become available over time. *Qualifications:* * Must be bilingual in Korean and English (required) * At least 1 year of experience in caregiving * Responsible, patient, reliable, and compassionate with a professional attitude * Strong communication skills * CPR/First Aid certification (preferred) This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals and families in your community.
