Job Description
We’re looking for a patient, reliable, and engaging support provider to work with a teen on the autism spectrum. This role focuses on building routine, encouraging independence, and creating a positive, structured environment. Responsibilities: * Support daily routines (after school schedule, transitions, organization) * Assist with personal care tasks such as hygiene and toileting (as needed) * Engage in activities like sports, outdoor time, or hobbies * Provide gentle guidance with communication and social interaction * Help with light academic support or structured activities * Maintain a calm, supportive, and consistent environment Ideal Candidate: * Experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum preferred * Patient, dependable, and attentive * Comfortable with active engagement (sports, walks, play) * Strong communication and ability to follow family preferences Schedule: Flexible afternoons / after school hours (can be discussed) Pay: $26.19 - $31.14 per hour Work Location: In person
