Alzheimer’s / Dementia In-Home Caregiver Yorba Linda, CA A Place At Home is seeking compassionate and dependable Alzheimer’s & Dementia Caregivers to provide specialized in-home care for memory care clients in Yorba Linda, CA and surrounding areas. If you have experience supporting individuals living with Alzheimer’s or other forms of dementia — and you lead with patience, empathy, and professionalism — we invite you to join our growing team. As a caregiver, you will play a vital role in helping seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes while providing reassurance and support to their families.
