*Overview* We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides. As a Home Health Aide, you will play a crucial role in providing essential care and support to individuals in their homes, assisting with daily living activities and ensuring their well-being. Our office is located in West Covina, CA 91790; however, services are provided in patients’ homes or facilities. This position is specifically for a case located in Tarzana, CA 91356. *Responsibilities* Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing Provide companionship and emotional support to clients Help with household chores and meal preparation Monitor and report changes in client's health status Follow care plans and maintain accurate medical documentation Perform catheter care when necessary *Qualifications* Previous experience in patient care or senior care is preferred Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication and interpersonal skills Understanding of home community care practices Ability to maintain a clean and safe environment for clients Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour Medical Specialty: * Home Health * Hospice & Palliative Medicine Work Location: On the road
