*Overview* Join our dynamic team as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in aesthetic medicine, focusing on Botox treatments. We are committed to supporting your growth and providing a rewarding, energetic work experience where your skills make a real difference. *Duties* * Perform Aesthetic/Medical injections, ensuring precise and safe administration aligned with best practices and client desired outcomes * Conduct patient assessments such as "Good Faith" assessments, medical history, anatomy, and physiology to determine suitability for aesthetic treatments, and explanation of aesthetic and medical results, risks, and benefits within scope of nursing practices * Educate clients on treatment options, procedures for TMJ and aesthetic injection treatments, potential outcomes, and aftercare, fostering trust and informed decision-making * Maintain detailed and accurate medical documentation, including patient records, treatment plans, and consent forms, in compliance with HIPAA and clinic policies * Adhere to aseptic techniques, infection control and safety protocols to ensure a sterile environment during all procedures * Monitor and manage patient comfort and safety throughout treatments, including recognizing and responding to adverse reactions or complications * Collaborate with the medical team to develop personalized treatment plans and optimize aesthetic results * Stay current with the latest advancements in aesthetic medicine, Botox techniques, and industry standards through ongoing education and training * Assist with inventory management of injectable products, supplies, and medical equipment, ensuring proper storage and handling * Promote a positive patient experience by providing exceptional customer service, addressing questions, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere * Ability to travel to local job sites as needed *Experience* * Valid NP or RN licensure in good standing, with current certification to administer Botox and dermal fillers * Min. 2 years' experience in aesthetic medicine, including administering botulinum toxin treatments and dermal fillers * Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and facial aesthetics relevant to injectable procedures * Prior experience working in a medical office or aesthetic practice preferred * Knowledge of sterile technique, infection control, and medical documentation standards * Familiarity with EMR/EHR platforms * Experience with patient assessment, medical terminology, and medication reconstitution and administration * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to educate and reassure clients effectively * Commitment to ongoing professional development in aesthetic medicine and safety protocols * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and patient safety * Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality standards Join us and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to enhancing beauty and confidence through safe, innovative aesthetic treatments.
