Registered Nurse (RN) – Per Diem *Job Summary* We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in acute and sub-acute settings. This role involves assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and implementing treatment protocols while maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and care. Responsibilities * Conduct patient assessments and monitor vital signs * Administer medications and treatments as prescribed * Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams on care plans * Accurately document patient care using electronic health record (EHR) systems * Educate patients and families on conditions and care plans * Maintain a safe and clean environment following infection control protocols * Participate in team rounds and patient care discussions Qualifications * Active Registered Nurse (RN) license * Experience in sub-acute or acute care settings preferred * Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required * Strong clinical, communication, and critical thinking skills * Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Job Type * Per diem (with opportunity to transition to part-time or full-time) Onboarding Requirement Applicants must download the *ShiftIt Health app* from the App Store and complete onboarding through the app. This includes submitting required documents and managing scheduling.
