Job Title: RN – Emergency (Full-Time Nights) Location: Torrance, CA, 90503 Schedule: Full-Time, 12-hour Night Shifts About the Role Client, is seeking dedicated Registered Nurses to join our Emergency Department Night Shift team. Key Responsibilities Deliver patient-centered, evidence-based nursing care in the Emergency Department. Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions accurately and promptly. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families. Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Required Qualifications Graduation from an accredited nursing program. Active California Registered Nurse License upon hire. BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications from the American Heart Association upon hire. Minimum 1 year of recent RN experience in an acute care/hospital setting (as of August 9, 2024). Minimum 1 year of recent RN experience in a dedicated hospital Emergency Department.
