Benefits: Flexible schedule Location: Glendale, CA (Surrounding areas) Company: Synergy Health Staffing Synergy Health Staffing is a non-OASIS home health agency seeking a skilled and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to provide in-home nursing care to adult patients in Glendale, CA and surrounding areas. This position is infusion-focused only with a clearly defined clinical scope. Responsibilities: Perform skilled RN visits in patients’ homes Manage and maintain PICC lines, port-a-caths, peripheral IVs (PIVs), and G-tubes Administer IV antibiotics and infusion therapies per physician orders Perform blood draws and lab specimen handling Monitor patient response to treatment and report changes in condition Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation Communicate with physicians, pharmacies, and agency staff Provide patient and caregiver education on medications, line care, and safety Not Required: ❌ No wound care ❌ No OASIS documentation Requirements: Active California RN license (in good standing) Minimum 2-3-year RN experience (home health or infusion preferred) Strong IV skills and confidence with central lines Ability to work independently Reliable transportation and current auto insurance Current BLS certification Why Work With Us: Non-OASIS, streamlined workflow Focused clinical role (infusion & line care only) Supportive intake and scheduling team Flexible scheduling opportunities Work Location: In person
