Our team values professionalism, compassion, and attention to detail in a welcoming and supportive environment. *Position Overview* We are seeking a skilled and compassionate licensed vocational nurse (LVN) to join our plastic surgery practice. This role is ideal for someone who values building strong patient relationships and providing attentive high-quality care in both surgical and aesthetic settings. The ideal candidate will have experience in surgical and/or aesthetic settings and a strong commitment to patient safety, education, and satisfaction. Aesthetic setting experience is preferred but not required. We are happy to train the right candidate. *Key Responsibilities* · Prepare patients for surgical and non-surgical procedures · Assist the surgeon during procedures as needed · Provide pre-operative and post-operative patient care and education · Monitor patient recovery and respond to any complications · Maintain accurate and detailed patient records · Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards · Support clinic flow and contribute to a positive patient experience *Qualifications* · Active licensed vocational nurse (LVN) license in California · BLS certification · ACLS certification (preferred) · Previous experience in plastic surgery, dermatology, or surgical settings preferred · Strong clinical and organization skills · Excellent communication and patient care skills · Ability to work in a fast paced, team-oriented environment *Preferred Skills* · Experience with cosmetic procedures and injectables · Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems · Strong attention to details and aesthetic sensibility · Experience with skin care and/or skincare treatments *Benefits* · Competitive salary based on experience · Health insurance (Full time employees) · Paid holidays · Paid time off (Full time employees) · Retirement plan options (Full time employees) · Employee discounts on services/products · Support and collaborative work environment Job Types: Part-time, Contract Pay: From $25.00 per hour Medical Specialty: * Surgery Physical Setting: * Clinic * Outpatient License/Certification: * LVN (Preferred) * BLS Certification (Preferred) Work Location: In person
