We are seeking a compassionate and skilled *Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)* to join our growing home health team on a *per-visit, part-time basis*. This role is ideal for a nurse who is experienced in providing high-quality care in a home setting and is comfortable working independently while delivering excellent patient outcomes. *Responsibilities:* * Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes * Perform and manage *wound care treatments* in accordance with physician orders * Conduct patient assessments and monitor changes in condition * Administer medications and treatments as prescribed * Educate patients and caregivers on disease management and care plans * Maintain accurate and timely documentation *Qualifications:* * Current and active *LVN license* in CA * *Home health experience* preferred * Strong experience in *wound care and patient care* * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license *Position Details:* * *Employment Type:* Part-Time * *Pay Structure:* Per Visit (competitive rates) * Flexible scheduling Pay: From $40.00 per hour Benefits: * 401(k) Work Location: Hybrid remote in Carson, CA 90745
