Hospice Licensed Vocational Nurses need for *Position Summary* The Hospice Field LVN provides skilled nursing care to patients in their place of residence under physician orders, supervision of a Registered Nurse, and in compliance with *Medicare Conditions of Participation.* The LVN delivers safe, high-quality, patient-centered care while promoting optimal health outcomes, safety, and independence. *Qualifications Required* * Current *California LVN license*, unrestricted. * Minimum *1 year of nursing experience* (home health preferred). * Current *CPR/BLS certification*. * Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation. * EMR proficiency. *Preferred* * *Home health or hospice experience* Requires: * Current Physical * TB Screening * CPR * Vehicle Insurance * Background Check Job Type: Part-time Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour Work Location: On the road
