*Job Summary* Join our dedicated healthcare team as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), where you will play a vital role in providing compassionate, high-quality nursing care to patients. The position is for an inpatient research facility primarily working with psychiatric patients who are actively participating in a clinical trial. *Duties* * Administer medications, injections, and treatments accurately according to physician orders and facility protocols. * Monitor patient vital signs, observe for changes in condition, and document all findings meticulously. * Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate effective treatment strategies. * Assist with meal prep and dietary needs for patients. * Maintain detailed records of patient care activities, ensuring compliance with legal and safety standards. *Skills* * Valid state licensure as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) with current certification. * Strong knowledge of nursing practices, medical terminology, and healthcare regulations. * Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and team members. * Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. * Compassionate demeanor combined with a proactive attitude toward patient care. * Ability to adapt quickly to changing situations and handle emergencies calmly and confidently. * Psychiatry experience a plus * Phlebotomy certification a plus Pay: $31.92 - $38.44 per hour Work Location: In person
