*Job Type:* Per Visit | Flexible Schedule (45-60 minutes) Rate Starts: $38.00 (depending on experience) *Job Description:* Aloha Healthcare is seeking compassionate and skilled *Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs)* to join our Home Health team. As an LVN, you will provide high-quality patient care in the comfort of patients’ homes, working under the supervision of an RN or physician. *Responsibilities:* * Provide nursing care during Follow-up visits. * Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. * Monitor patient health status and report changes to the RN/physician. * Work as part of the care team in collaboration with the Case Manager. * Educate patients and families on care plans and medications. * Complete and submit route sheets via email to support@aloha-healthcare.com. *Qualifications:* * Active California LVN license. * 1 year of nursing experience (Home Health preferred). * Current CPR certification. * Strong communication and organizational skills. * Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license. * Health Insurance, Car Insurance and Professional Liability Insurance are required. * Fast response * *DataSoftLogic* *Compensation & Schedule:* * Paid *per visit* (45 minutes–1 hour each). * Flexible work schedule.
