Job Description
St. Louis Altenheim Assist nurses (RN or LPN) in providing nursing care and activities of daily living and other tasks to support care and services for residents. Certified Nursing Assistants are responsible for providing compassionate direct care and services for residents in collaboration with the care team and other service providers. Main functions include caring for multiple residents, providing personal care and assistance with activities of daily living, assisting with ambulation and mobility, monitoring vital signs, making beds, using safety devices and standard precautions to prevent infection, and assisting nurses with admitting, transferring, and discharging residents.
