The facility provides assisted living and memory care services and is hiring a full-time Charge Nurse for day shifts. Supervise and support CNAs and CMTs during your shift. Provide direct resident care, assessments, and interventions. Administer medications and treatments; maintain accurate narcotic logs. Ensure compliance with State and Federal regulations. Complete timely electronic documentation and report condition changes. Respond to emergencies and follow established protocols.
