Job Description
The purpose of your job position is to provide each resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards that govern the facility and as directed by your supervisors. Essential duties include ensuring nursing care privacy, checking vital signs, dressing wounds, inserting catheters, listening to residents and families, addressing concerns, performing charting, reporting condition changes, assisting CNAs, ensuring equipment functionality, monitoring fall risk, collecting lab samples, following facility policies and infection control procedures, reporting occupational exposures, attending training programs, and completing assignments as directed by management.
