Resident Services Supervisor

Job Description

The Resident Services Supervisor will report to the Resident Services Director and will assist with overseeing the Resident Care Department and prioritizing resident health, including but not limited to overseeing medication administration and record keeping, scheduling staff, developing daily tasks, initiating, and maintaining emergency packets, and will ensure the organization of resident charts. Essential duties include overseeing recruitment and hiring, ensuring team training compliance, monitoring medication administration, maintaining resident records, scheduling Personal Care Assistants, managing medical supplies, and serving as a point of contact for supervisors, doctors, and families. The position requires 1 year of supervisory/management experience, 2 years of resident care experience, 1 year of medication passing experience, and a high school diploma or equivalent.
