As a Housekeeper at our Assisted Living Facility, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for our residents. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of resident rooms, common areas, and other facility spaces. Your attention to detail, organization, and dedication to cleanliness will contribute to the well-being of and satisfaction of our residents. This position will report to the Housekeeping Supervisor. Essential duties include cleaning and sanitizing resident rooms, maintaining common areas, performing regular cleaning tasks, following safety protocols, reporting maintenance needs, ensuring infection control compliance, monitoring supplies, collaborating with staff, upholding resident privacy, providing customer service, and assisting with additional duties as needed.
