Job Description

The RN Supervisor coordinates the administrative and clinical functions for a defined resident population and time frame to ensure an effective and efficient environment for residents, family, and staff. Essential duties include ensuring nursing operational standards are met, providing reports on productivity, quality, and customer service metrics, informing family members about medical procedures and doctors' instructions, handling complaints or other issues, establishing a compassionate environment by providing psychological support to patients, family, and friends, keeping records of nurses' files, patients' cases, and procedures, handling admissions, and performing other tasks as assigned.
