Job Description
Personal Protective Equipment Provided: Face Mask and Face Shields, Change of scrubs provided for staff who work two jobs, Hand sanitizer provided. Record entries on flow sheets, notes, and charts when applicable. Report significant changes in the resident's condition to an LVN/RN as soon as practical. Do not disclose resident's protected health information and promptly report suspected or known violations of such disclosure to your supervisor. Monitor a new resident's room is ready for the resident, assist with transferring residents, perform assigned duties in accordance with state, federal, and facility policies, assist residents with daily oral care, bathing, dressing, grooming, bed changes, meal preparation and feeding, and monitor resident health and safety conditions.
