Certified Nursing Assistant CNA

Job Description

The purpose of your job position is to provide each resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with the residents assessment plan, with current federal, state and local standards and regulations that govern the facility, and as directed by your supervisors. The Certified Nurse Assistant will treat each resident with kindness, dignity and respect, communicating clearly and effectively with residents, families, and staff while performing essential duties including answering call lights, assisting with feeding and grooming, proper lifting and transitioning of residents, transporting residents, reporting changes in condition, maintaining confidentiality per HIPAA standards, and following all facility policies and infection control procedures.
