Job Description
Aspire Senior Living of Jonesburg is a compassionate long-term care community dedicated to providing exceptional care to our residents. Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join us on an 8-week local contract at Aspire Senior Living of Jonesburg. Key responsibilities include assisting residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting; helping residents with mobility and transfers using proper techniques; observing and reporting changes in residents' condition to nursing staff; supporting residents' emotional and social needs through meaningful interaction; maintaining cleanliness and safety of resident rooms and common areas; and following care plans and facility protocols. Requires active CNA certification in Missouri, prior long-term care experience preferred, strong communication and teamwork skills, and a compassionate, patient-centered approach. Offers competitive hourly pay at $25, 12-hour shifts, 8-week duration with potential for full-time employment, and a supportive workplace culture.
